European sovereign technology making physical hardware the final authority over what software and AI are permitted to do.
//AIRGAPT captures the deliberate human act behind working-time, cybersecurity, and AI-oversight compliance.
Anchored in physics, not a line of code.
In a world where software can generate, automate, infer, and forge almost anything, one thing should still be impossible to fake: the deliberate act of a person. When someone chooses to work, chooses to authorise, chooses to act, that decision should count, and it should hold up when it matters.
Today, it doesn't. The record of what a person actually did is editable, estimable, and entered on their behalf. The one thing that should be certain, did a human deliberately do this, is the one thing no system can prove.
That's the gap we exist to close.
//AIRGAPT turns the FIDO2 security key employees already use to log in into the root of trust for a tamper-evident, cryptographically signed record of working time. The deliberate act, a physical touch of a key the person holds, becomes the proof. Not an inference. Not an editable log. A signed, attributable record of what happened and who chose it.
It sits in the policy-and-evidence path, never the traffic path. No new hardware. No biometric data. No content, keystroke, or location tracking. It composes with the payroll, HRIS and workforce systems you already run , we don't replace them.
Workforce compliance is the first module. Employers can prove what actually happened, and that any out-of-hours work was the employee's own deliberate act, turning a rising liability into a defensible position.
The requirement is already here. In Europe, employers must operate an objective, reliable working-time recording system (CJEU C-55/18), editable exports don't meet it. In the United States, where records are inadequate, the employee's reasonable estimate becomes the basis and the employer bears the burden of disproving it (Anderson v. Mt. Clemens Pottery); over $1.5B in stolen wages was recovered 2021–2023. In Australia, wage theft is criminal as of 2025.
The same engine extends to NIS2 and DORA evidence, and, on our roadmap, to hardware-anchored human oversight for AI agents under EU AI Act Article 14, where a deliberate human act (not a rubber-stamped click) authorises what a machine is about to do.
One belief, one engine: the human act behind every decision, made provable.
