Endpoint Containment Evidence · NIS2 & DORA.

This module is on the roadmap. The endpoint containment module is targeting Q4 2026. Enterprise customers can register interest for early design-partner access; detailed design is not published here.

The Problem

Software-layer containment can fail under compromise.

Software-only containment lives in the same stack it is trying to protect. When an endpoint is compromised, VPNs and software firewalls can fail, and the incident-response record is only as trustworthy as that same, now-suspect, stack. NIS2 and DORA increasingly expect not just detection, but provable, tamper-evident containment and incident-response evidence.

AIRGAPT's Position · Roadmap

Hardware-anchored containment evidence that composes with your SIEM and EDR.

//AIRGAPT is designing hardware-anchored containment that composes with your existing SIEM/EDR: detection will trigger enforcement, and the event will produce a tamper-evident, cryptographically signed record for NIS2 and DORA. The endpoint module is targeting Q4 2026. We publish no mechanism, protocol, or architecture here. This solution is patent-pending.

Section 02 · AI Governance Module2027 Roadmap

EU AI Act · Machine Governance.

This module is on the 2027 product roadmap. The architecture is designed and the cryptographic primitive is shared with the Q4 2026 endpoint module. Enterprise customers can register interest for early design-partner access.

The Liability Gap

AI agents act without provable human authorization.

As autonomous agents take consequential actions, oversight lives in documentation and policy, not in provable evidence. Article 14 of the EU AI Act requires effective human oversight of high-risk systems to prevent automation bias and uncontrolled execution. See //AIRGAPT's roadmap position on the AI Act module.

AIRGAPT's Position · Roadmap

Provable, deliberate human intent, anchored in hardware, is the strongest oversight evidence available.

//AIRGAPT's position is that oversight evidence should be demonstrable, not asserted. Detailed designs for AI-agent oversight are on our roadmap; we publish no mechanism, protocol, or architecture here. This solution is patent-pending. Read the AI Act module position.
