SuccessFactors carries the workforce plan; //AIRGAPT signs each event so the record survives a German labour-court challenge.
SAP SuccessFactors is the enterprise HR suite for talent, payroll, and workforce planning.
In Germany the Federal Labour Court (BAG, September 2022) held that systems which only permit manual correction of time records do not satisfy §3 ArbZG. A SuccessFactors entry the administrator can adjust falls short of the recording duty the court set.
//AIRGAPT returns a FIDO2-anchored, signed event per work-state change. SuccessFactors ingests it via REST API; the existing time model continues to drive payroll.
The signed entries establish that any out-of-hours work was the employee's deliberate act, defeating estimated or fabricated claims at the evidentiary stage. //AIRGAPT proves timing and attribution; SuccessFactors remains the payroll system of record.
Germany ArbZG §3 recording duty as read by BAG (2022); the same finding applies in Austria (§4 Arbeitszeitgesetz).
Honest scope: //AIRGAPT proves when work happened and who initiated it, not the amount owed; that stays with SAP SuccessFactors/the customer's HRIS. Windows endpoints today.
"SuccessFactors owns the workforce plan. //AIRGAPT signs each event so the same data satisfies what the BAG asked for: a record that does not depend on HR's discretion."
One REST API. No new hardware. Works alongside SAP SuccessFactors without replacing any existing workflow.
